The topic of our April 24 meeting was “Favorite Trip,” and Toastmaster Gail brought us on a journey together! Grammarian Pooja introduced our word of the day, “Verve.”

Audrey shared an inspiring leader profile of Angela Merkel, Former Chancellor of Germany from 2005 to 2021. 

Aneri’s speech, “Cardinal Sin” was about finding herself in the ER, her journey of recovery, and the cardinal rule to always wear sexy underwear.

Preetha shared, “Life as a Multilingual” with travel between countries and learning multiple languages, and the importance of being heard in any language.
