Meeting – Meditation Workshop

December 17, 2025

In the midst of busy schedules and full lives, creating space to pause, breathe, and reconnect can feel both necessary and elusive. This Wednesday evening, our community gathered for a Meditation Workshop led by Master XianXin.

Master XianXin has been a Buddhist nun for more than a decade, and her teaching reflected a depth of lived practice and quiet wisdom. Her meditation classes went beyond language and culture, offering grounded, accessible guidance that met participants wherever they were. Over the years, she had taught Chan meditation to communities across the United States, China, and South Korea, bringing a truly global perspective rooted in compassion and presence.

The workshop offered an opportunity to step away from the noise of the week and reconnect with oneself in community. Whether participants were seeking calm, clarity, or simply a moment of stillness, the evening provided a meaningful space for practice and reflection.

We were grateful to sit together and share this experience. As the year comes to a close, we wish our community peace, rest, and presence during this season. Happy Holidays and see you in 2026!
