In anticipation of the summer solstice on June 20, let’s celebrate inner light, optimism, warmth, and personal power.

Eduardo practiced his work presentation with his called ” AI Chatbot or Maintenance Engineers to Accelerate Production Equipment Recovery”. In this proposal, he outlined the implementation of an AI-powered maintenance chatbot designed to support technicians, reduce troubleshooting time, and improve operational efficiency. Drawing from his engineering background and real workplace context, he demonstrated how technology can be leveraged to solve real manufacturing challenges.

Gail gave a heartfelt speech called “From Mom to Mentor: The Role That Finds You”. Drawing from real-life experience in juggling both parenting and mentoring, she shared how the unexpected lessons of motherhood shaped her growth as a leader, a listener, and a mentor—not just in her home, but in the lives of others.
