Word of the Day: Enamored

Ignacio gave his speech titled “A Project Management Masterclass”. He shared his experience leading a team of software engineers and learning–from how his family handled a family dog who kept running away–to use a different approach to reward positive behavior.

Leena gave her speech titled “Mute Unmute Success”. She shared lessons learned from organizing and moderating an online webinar, emphasizing the importance of planning, having a backup plan, and maintaining audience engagement. Key moments included handling an internet crash, using humor to keep the audience engaged, and ensuring the meeting stayed on schedule.

Karen gave a dry run of her International Speech Contest entry “What’s holding you back?” She discussed the impact of self-imposed limitations, sharing a personal story about overcoming a “not creative” label and stressing the importance of recognizing and changing limiting beliefs to unlock potential.
