Andrea gave her icebreaker speech titled “From Fear to the Front of the Room”. She shared her journey overcoming public speaking anxiety, recalling a traumatic middle school experience with guitar performance. Realizing public speaking was a barrier, she took a leadership role during the pandemic, organizing an AAPI panel, which was well-received. Joining Toastmasters, she learned public speaking isn’t about perfection but showing up and growing.

Chandana gave her speech titled “Machine Learning Operations Simplified”. She explained the development and application of AI models, using a cloud kitchen analogy to describe the process from model creation to customer interaction, emphasizing validation, testing, and continuous improvement through machine learning operations.
