Toastmaster Helen gave an inspiring introduction about Women’s Equality and August 30, Women’s Equality Day, ♀️celebrating the ratification of the 19th Amendment protecting the right of women to vote. 🗳️

Linda shared an inspiring speech, “10,000 hours” about how she applied her expertise in tennis 🎾 to building up her speaking ability with Toastmasters, and she called on all of us in the audience to do the same.

Table Topics Master Sarah invited us to unshackle 🔓 from the everyday and be the director of our own stories. She played a variety of music clips as prompts for us to invent our own scenes to match. 🖼️
