We had a succulent meeting full of plant friends and gardening thoughts led by Toastmaster Risa. Priya presented on Melanie Perkins, CEO of Canva — the reason why we have nice flyers. Liz gave a touching tribute to her mentors and role models. Abhijeet asked if himself and us “are you a horse of a long race?” (Yes!) Table Topics Master Saumya encouraged our guests to share their gardening exploits. We concluded with feedback from Karen, Grace and our General Evaluator Patrice that encouraged us to keep growing!
